Indvidual Therapy

Therapy is ongoing mental health care. It is the right fit if you want support with emotional patterns, stress, anxiety, burnout, and the deeper impact ADHD has on your life and relationships.

Therapy focuses on understanding patterns, building coping skills, and creating change that is sustainable over time. Provided in the following states Washington, Oregon, Ohio, Kentucky and Rhode Island.

1-1 Coaching with Kristin

For those who want more support around understanding their ADHD brain. Working together over zoom, we will create a plan to increase your understanding of how ADHD impacts you, increase your communication and skill building.
