It’s never too late to understand you.

Transform Your Life with Understanding, Support, and Growth

Discover how to work with your ADHD, not against it. Learn to embrace your unique brain, find your community, and start living the life you’ve always wanted.

Are you alternating between feeling you have it all figured out to nothing is working?

Feeling trapped and unsure of solutions?

  • Tried every planner, self help book and system out there, never finding one that seems to work.

  • Love it when someone gives you plan, but also hate having a plan.

  • Energy swings can take you from super excited to start something new to shutting down when the final details need to be completed.

  • Searching for self acceptance and understanding of missed opportunities after a late in life diagnosis.

ADHD is not about trying harder or knowing what to do.

It’s about understanding the unique ways your brain needs motivation to do the thing!

  • You could explain your ADHD to your boss, your partner, or even yourself—without shame, confusion, or second-guessing.
You’d finally have the words to help others get it—and the confidence to own it for yourself.

  • You had simple tools to coach yourself through spirals, shutdowns, and those “I can’t do anything” days—without beating yourself up.

  • You’d feel more grounded, even when your brain is in full freak-out mode.

  • You could build systems and structure that actually stick—because they’re designed for your brain, not some perfect neurotypical fantasy.

  • No more all-or-nothing routines. Just support that fits your life.

Imagine if:

Hello there, my name

is Kristin Koliha.

ADHD help from someone who get’s it

For years I felt like I had it all “together.” Family, home, owned my own business, and it was all working great. Until it wasn’t.

The anxiety I felt when:

  • I had to shift between home and work.

  • Manage multiple family members schedules, needs and to dos.

  • Be an effective partner in managing a household

  • Feeling emotionally overwhelmed

I found myself looking for ways to manage the anxiety, scrolling, drinking, mindless tv, none of these really worked.

I knew I was forgetting things, missing details and losing sleep over this. Getting clarity on my diagnosis with ADHD was one step in the journey.

Taking my knowledge of the brain, my experience of what worked in the past (it’s not like I didn’t have ADHD all along, now I just knew the whys behind my traits!) and digging into steps to help me establish ways to work with my brain rather than fight it.

I’m passionate about helping those diagnosed with ADHD as adults as I know the struggles with understanding, acceptance and support. I created Welcome Home ADHD to assist with this.

Together we can work on managing your ADHD in a way that works for your brain. Focusing on education, coaching and community, you will have the space to be seen, heard and grow.

  • Built for ADHD adults who want real support—not more pressure

  • A blend of live coaching, tools, and accountability

  • Designed to work with your brain (not against it)

It’s not:

  • A self-paced course you’ll forget about

  • A high-pressure productivity program

  • A space where you have to mask or explain yourself

What can live group coaching do for me?

Isn’t this just another self help program? And can’t I just learn this stuff on my own?

Maybe you have tried to read, watch the videos, follow the social media accounts, these are helpful but they don’t get at the practice part or drill down in to what YOU need for YOUR brain.

You are going to learn that your inner story is where we need to begin.  We will look at that inner dialogue of ADHD and rewrite your story.
