Indvidual Therapy
Therapy is ongoing mental health care. It is the right fit if you want support with emotional patterns, stress, anxiety, burnout, and the deeper impact ADHD has on your life and relationships.
Therapy focuses on understanding patterns, building coping skills, and creating change that is sustainable over time. Provided in the following states Washington, Oregon, Ohio, Kentucky and Rhode Island.
