ADHD Coaching

One-to-One Coaching with Kristin

Unlock your potential with personalized one-to-one ADHD coaching—tailored guidance that will help you thrive, find balance, and achieve life-changing breakthroughs.

Do you find yourself swinging between moments of feeling in control and times when nothing seems to go right?

  • You’ve spent years balancing family, career, and relationships, trying your best to keep everything together.

  • You’ve likely tried every planner, self-help book, and organizing system out there, hoping they’d make life easier, but nothing ever seemed to stick.

  • Now, with your recent ADHD diagnosis, everything is finally starting to make sense.

  • Those methods weren’t designed for the way your brain works, leaving you feeling frustrated, overwhelmed, and like you’re always falling short.

  • Energy swings can take you from excited to start something new to completely shutting down when it’s time to finish.

  • In coaching, we’ll focus on helping you find self-acceptance, understanding those missed opportunities, and learning how to thrive with ADHD.

  • It’s not about changing who you are, but embracing it and building strategies that work for you.

What will we work on in our time together?

Discovery Call

We’ll start with a free 30 minute consultation to get to know each other, explore your goals, and see if we’re the right fit. We’ll meet virtually via Zoom, so bring your coffee, your questions, and your real life brain.

Flexible ADHD Coaching Support

ADHD support is rarely one size fits all. Some people need a single strategy session. Others want ongoing support during stressful seasons, transitions, burnout, or while building systems that actually work for their brain.

Sessions are booked individually so we can decide together what level of support makes the most sense for you.

Session Options

• 60 minute virtual coaching sessions -$175
• One time or ongoing support based on your needs
• Flexible scheduling without long term commitments

Between Session Support

If ongoing support feels helpful, we can discuss options for accountability, check ins, or additional support between sessions based on your needs.

Got Questions? I have answers!

  • Those that are self identified are more than welcome to work with me.

  • An internet connection, and what ever else you need to learn most effectively.

    1. Identify the focus: We'll begin by pinpointing the key issue or challenge you'd like to work on.

    2. Set a desired outcome: Together, we’ll define what success looks like for you and how to measure progress.

    3. Explore through thoughtful questions: I’ll guide you with questions that help uncover deeper insights about the topic.

    4. Address ADHD’s role: We’ll discuss how your ADHD may be uniquely affecting this situation and what that means for finding solutions.

    5. Collaborate on solutions: We’ll work together to create a tool, strategy, or plan to move you closer to your desired outcome.

    6. Review action steps: At the end of each session, we’ll recap your action items and any new insights you’ve gained.

Coaching is a time for us to dig deep into what’s happening in your life. I’ll help you better understand how your brain works, recognize patterns, challenge outdated beliefs, and discover meaningful solutions to whatever you're currently facing.

  • ADHD coaching focuses on practical, actionable strategies to help you achieve your goals and thrive in daily life, while therapy often addresses emotional healing and mental health. Coaching is future-focused, emphasizing personal growth and building habits that align with your values. Unlike therapy, coaching doesn’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions, but instead helps you navigate ADHD’s impact with personalized tools and support.

  • I work with adults who are juggling responsibilities in their career, relationships, or family life while navigating the complexities of ADHD. They may have recently been diagnosed or are seeking better ways to manage long-standing challenges, feeling stuck with traditional methods that haven’t worked for them. Often professionals, entrepreneurs, or busy parents, they’re looking for personalized support to help them thrive in their personal and professional lives.

  • First step is to schedule a call so we can review goals, you can meet me and decide if we are a good fit for working together!

  • Not at this time.
