30-Day ADHD Intensive
One-on-one support for ADHD adults who know something needs to change—but aren’t sure where to start.
You’ve got 10 ideas but no clue which one to start with
You know things aren’t working, but you can’t clearly name what’s off
Task avoidance that makes no sense
You want practical help …. not just insight or well-meaning advice
You’re looking for focused, short-term support rather than ongoing therapy
You’ve tried strategies before, and they never seem to stick
This might be for you if…
This Is Not a Motivation Problem.
It’s a Support Problem.
You don’t need more discipline, motivation, or another planner.
You need accountability from someone who actually understands how your brain works.
This isn’t a character flaw.
It’s a brain-based difference in executive functioning and nervous system regulation.
The last thing you need is more shame or guilt.
(Or another planner. You’ve had your fill of those.)
It’s time to drill down and move the needle —but you need a starting point.
That’s where I come in.
What this is (and isn’t)
This is:
Goal-oriented, practical support
Focused on systems, roadblocks, and expectations
Future-focused and action-oriented
Short-term and contained
This is not:
Therapy
Diagnosing or assessment
Emotional processing or trauma work
Ongoing support
How it works:
1. Deep-dive session (90 minutes)
We’ll clarify what’s actually getting in the way, identify where things break down, and create a realistic plan to manage the problem you want to focus on.
This session is about finding where to put your effort—not trying to fix everything at once.
2. 30 days of structured follow-up
For the next month, you’ll complete a short weekly Google check-in form.
I review your responses and send back written feedback, guidance, and small adjustments to support real-life implementation.
Support is structured and intentional—no ongoing back-and-forth.
3. Closing session (30 minutes)
We’ll review what worked, where things got stuck, and make small tweaks so changes are sustainable moving forward.
One-time payment of $500 covering the initial session, weekly check-ins, and closing session.
Curious if this would be helpful? You can submit a short request and I’ll follow up.
This offering is intentionally small, structured, and practical. It’s designed to help you move forward without turning into “a whole thing.”
I help adult’s with ADHD navigate their life journey with compassion and courage.
I kept all the balls in the air, I managed a successful therapy business, I managed two busy kids. I kept working all through the pandemic. And things worked well.
Until they didn’t.
Realizing that I was so much like my ADHD kids, I sought out to get my own assessment and diagnosis.
Taking my training and knowledge of emotions, behaviors, the brain and development I began to dig into how to make my ADHD work for me.
