Welcome Home ADHD is a support and education community for adults with ADHD or ADHD traits who want support, knowledge and tools to manage their ADHD traits.

Let me tell you a bit about me.

Hi, I’m…

I created Welcome Home ADHD because I see you getting frustrated with constantly trying to play catch up.

I have a masters degree in social work and have worked with hundreds of those with ADHD as a clinical social worker.

My diagnosis as an adult helps me to see the challenges that a late in life diagnosis can bring.

As mom of ADHD kids, I see the need to have specific strategies that work for you and them.

My education and training on how the ADHD brain works helps me to understand how it impacts YOU!
